Getting in shape shouldn't conjure up emotions of dread and being stuck on a treadmill or elliptical for hours at a time. It doesn't require slaving away for hours everyday in the gym and being unbearably sore. It doesn't have to suck and quite honestly, it shouldn't. With an hour or so a day in the weight room and with well planned nutritional guidance, you can achieve incredible results.
