Welcome! Ready to jumpstart your fitness journey or build on the momentum you've already created? This program is for you! We will work together to come up with an 12 week program built around your goals and interests. We will have a 30 minute consultation call at the beginning and another 30 minute check-in call every 4 weeks during the program to make sure it's going well. Want a program longer than 12 weeks? No worries! We can re-evaluate and continue our progress from where we left off or you can choose one of the other program options. *open to all genders and fitness levels. Prior weightlifting experience is helpful but not required*
