WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?For those looking to engage with the personalized programming, access to a commercial gym is going to be your best bet. Standard barbell and weights, dumbbells, and some cable equipment will be necessary to complete the exercises. For the free monthly fitness challenges no equipment is required! Simply show up with a desire to better yourself everyday and bring your all!

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?Most gym trainers find themselves stuck between a rock and a hard place when it comes to programming and clientele. Typically, clients want quick and easy sessions that make them feel good and they want the programming to change consistently to keep them more engaged and less bored. They are looking to workout just a few times a week with their trainer and continue living the same lifestyle they were before they began training, only now with added fitness and health. This is where I come in. My programs and training sessions are designed to be more intense and more centered around consistent programming. I realize that not everyone will be interested in training 5-6 days a week but I will do everything I can to maximize each training session to get the most out of their body in terms of muscle building and fat burning. Each program and movement are designed to get the most bang for your buck in terms of physiological adaptation. I've seen what works and what doesn't and I'm here to make sure you finally see the results you've been after.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?I am currently working on designing a program with exactly this in mind. I am a certified Sport Nutrition Specialist and have done extensive research into the most effective and efficient diet advice and programming. When I have a program developed I will be sure to share with all the members of our community!
